Whereas Traxon commits to put forth its best endeavor to maintain the Product, its responsibilities cover only parts or replacement consumables that are available from the manufacturer and/or on the market at time when servicing is made. Due to inherent properties of LEDs, Traxon shall not ensure that function and performance of the Product, after being serviced, be fully restored to its previous working condition. |
