The opportunities to replace conventional lighting with LED lighting for general illumination are growing, fueled in part by the continual advancements in LEDs and the global need for energy-efficient lighting alternatives. Matching the cost of conventional lighting is another critical element for replacement to occur. The true measure of cost goes beyond just the initial cost of the lighting system and incorporates lifetime and operational costs. Despite the fact that initial costs of LED bulbs are higher than the cost of incandescent or halogen lightings, the long term savings certainly pay off and contribute to ecology.

This includes the development of energy-saving products, research and selection of environmentally friendly materials, waste reduction, more efficient packaging, and energy saving measures in all product processes. Traxon also actively works to dispose of electrical and electronic equipment in accordance with EU WEEE guidelines and all products comply with the RoHS directive, which restricts the use of hazardous materials in the manufacture of electronic and electrical equipment.

In order to consistently achieve our objectives for environmental protection, our plants are certified according to the ISO 14001, ISO 9001 and TS 16949 for continuous improvement processes.
